Requests to enter your home to “check” something. Offers of repairs or services you didn’t ask for. Pressure to make quick decisions or hand over money. 🛡️ How to Protect Yourself:Keep doors locked and use a spy hole or door chain. Always ask for ID – and verify it independently (don’t use the number they give you). Don’t let anyone in if you’re unsure – If in doubt, keep them out. Never hand over money or agree to work on the spot.
